This definitely gets a reaction. I sat here for a few seconds thinking “WTF”? If it’s real, it’s only a matter of time before the Y gets painted out.
It’s a real billboard from a town in Australia called Yass.
It successfully made a humor, good thing they caught attention of the audience but gives a different impression. Nice marketing plan indeed.

Well I do not really see anything that special: red color gets attention (as always), everything else is just a city name and brand logo – correct me if I am wrong 🙂

It is brand of Mc Donald. It’s easy to get attention.
Mickey D should use that sign everywhere and not just in the town of Yass. If they then added “SuperSize” to the beginning of the phrase, there would be some serious truth-in-advertising going on.
This billboard is such a attention seeker. I have never seen that sort of billboard before. It could be a marketing tactics for sure.
This sign board design grab attention. A billboard should work as your caller for your product. 🙂
