Top Minnesota Consulting Firm Introduces Management Consulting Practice
Digineer Adds Strategy to Service Offerings
September 27, 2006 – Plymouth, Minnesota – Representatives from Digineer, Inc, a consulting services firm based in Minneapolis, announced today they have launched a new Management Consulting Practice. Digineer's new practice, under the leadership of Dora Royzman, will include strategy and planning, enterprise-level program development, assessment of effectiveness of key enterprise initiatives.
“I don't really see us competing with the Big Three,” said Royzman, whose experience includes management consulting for Fortune 1000 firms including Best Buy and Blue Cross Blue Shield. “Instead we're focusing on actionable strategy that covers all areas of business operations to effectively realize the strategic objective. We always take into account client culture and organizational maturity. This way we can develop actionable, realistic implementation plans to support the strategy.”
Digineer's Management Consulting Practice will work in tandem with the rest of its consulting organization on some engagements. The group will maintain its objectivity in developing strategies and solutions that best fit client needs and environment. Royzman's team currently consists of three management consultants. She hopes to build the practice to ten consultants by the spring of 2007.
