Extreme Boat Makeover at the 35th Annual Minneapolis Boat Show
NMMA Announces New Promotion for Upcoming Minneapolis Boat Show
August 16, 2006, Minneapolis, MN - The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced today their newest promotion for the 35th Annual Minneapolis Boat Show being held at the Minneapolis Convention Center January 17-21, 2007. Local repair shops involved with the Minneapolis Boat Show will remodel one lucky Minnesotan's boat and many manufacturers and local dealers have already contributed new 2007 accessories to the project. The boat will be unveiled the opening day of the Minneapolis Boat Show.
“We're looking for Minnesotans to tell us why they deserve an entire boat makeover,” says Jennifer Thompson, Show Manager. “We'll be fixing up their boat and loading it up with the latest in marine accessories along with some other surprises.”
Minnesotans who think they deserve an Extreme Boat Makeover can submit their stories online at the Minneapolis Boat Show's website beginning today. Entries must be received by September 29, 2006. The winner will be selected and notified in October and will be brought to the Minneapolis Boat Show courtesy of the NMMA. For complete contest rules and to enter visit www.minneapolisboatshow.com.
